Diners enjoy a meal inside Sorrento's longtime Alamo Heights location.

Credit: Facebook / Sorrento Ristorante & Pizzeria Italian eatery Sorrento Ristorante & Pizzeria is vacating its longtime Alamo Heights home for new digs on Northwest Military Highway, according to an online post from its owners.

In a Saturday Facebook post, Sorrento's ownership thanked Alamo Heights customers and said the restaurant will relocate to 2311 Northwest Military sometime in October.
