TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Smith County grand jury indicted an Overton man in the death of a FedEx driver killed in 2025 while making a delivery.

Darren Wade Coleman, 30, was held Tuesday at the Smith County Jail on a $250,000 bond for an indictment charging him with manslaughter, according to court records.

Hidekel "E.D." Cornelio, 26, was killed July 8, 2025, while making a delivery on State Highway 64 in the Chapel Hill area, Smith County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Larry Christian said at the time.
