LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Texas Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of FM 1585 and Upland Avenue to an all-way stop on Tuesday, Sept. 22.

Upland Avenue traffic is currently required to stop at the intersection.

As part of the change, stop signs will be installed requiring both eastbound and westbound traffic on FM 1585 to stop.
