LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - The City of Longview is going through suggestions made last night at an open house for public input on a resolution to Fourth Street congestion.

The street from Loop 281 to Highway 259 has increasingly heavy traffic because of expanding retail in the area.

And the city and attendees agree, making the corridor safer is the main priority.
