HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was found shot to death near a playground in north Harris County on Friday, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

Deputies say that the shooting happened at the Montecello on Cranbrook Apartments in the 13900 block of Ella Boulevard.

Upon arrival, deputies say they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
