Boerne Champion played in the Northside ISD team tennis tournament last weekend and went undefeated to claim first place at the event.

The Chargers posted a 3-0 mark with a couple of blowout wins and then clinched the title with a tiebreaker win over O'Connor.

Champion improves to 4- 1 overall and hosted John Jay on Thursday to begin district action.
