WOODWAY, Texas (KWTX) - The Midway High School Marine Corps Junior ROTC (MCJROTC) program has achieved its highest level of recognition yet, earning the No. 1 national ranking in its school-population category.

The unit was also designated as a Naval Honor School for the third consecutive year, placing Midway among the top three percent of the 244 Marine Corps JROTC programs active across the United States.
