TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The Tyler City Council on Wednesday unanimously denied an appeal for a special use permit for a proposed food truck park at the Xchange Bar and Lounge on North Broadway Avenue.

The appeal followed an earlier unanimous denial of the proposal by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Applicant Todd Cain presented the appeal to the council Wednesday morning, along with City of Tyler Assistant Manager Heather Nick.
