PECOS COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - The Pecos County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a man from Fort Stockton who was last traced in Mexico.

According to the sheriff's office, 70-year-old Robert Ray Ryan has experienced recent mental health episodes, and his family is concerned for his safety and well-being.
