HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A southwest Houston massage business that has been raided multiple times over the past two years remains open on Tuesday, but the Harris County Attorney's Office is now asking a civil court to shut it down.

QQ Spa, located on Ashcroft Drive near Bellaire Boulevard and Hillcroft Avenue, has continued to operate even as police records show numerous raids and reports involving the business.

Houston police vice officers have repeatedly searched the spa, and county officials say the violations have added up.
