KIRBYVILLE, Texas (KTRE) - Two Kirbyville men were arrested Sunday after deputies responding to an overdose investigation discovered narcotics and weapons at a residence, according to the Jasper County Sheriff's Office.

First responders and JCSO investigators were dispatched around 2:43 a.m. to a reported overdose in the 3000 block of FM 82 West.

According to the sheriff's office, first responders found someone dead when they arrived.
