MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A press conference is scheduled for this afternoon where a prepared statement will be delivered regarding Midland County Judge Terry Johnson.

On June 20, Midland elected official Brandon W. Hodges called on the Midland County Commissioners Court to seek Johnson's immediate resignation.

In a letter, Hodges claims Johnson violated the public trust by releasing a citizen's sensitive personal information.
