ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The Odessa Police Department is asking for help to identify a man accused of stealing $290 worth of meat from H-E-B. According to police, the suspect took about $290 worth of meat from the grocery store before fleeing in a red Subaru with an unknown license plate number.
