Excavation work has begun on land located on Loop 337 owned by Paravel Capital, an Austin-based boutique real estate investment and development firm.

According to the Comal County Appraisal District, three adjacent tracts of residential-zoned land on Loop 337 in between Oakwood Baptist Church and River Road are owned by Paravel Capital, developers of the New Braunfels Housing Authority's Lyndon Ranch apartment project.

The New Braunfels City Council unanimously approved the Lyndon Ranch project at a May 28, 2024 meeting.
