Parents of a young woman have filed a lawsuit against United Supermarkets and Albertsons after she was sexually assaulted in a Lubbock store bathroom in April.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The parents of a young woman are suing United Supermarkets and Albertsons.

Police said a man sexually assaulted the woman inside a Lubbock Amigos grocery store bathroom in April.

The parents recently filed the lawsuit in Lubbock County.
