More than 80 teams fire up the smokers for Lubbock Chamber's Hub City BBQ

More than 80 BBQ teams competed in the Hub City BBQ event in Lubbock, organized by the Chamber of Commerce to support the nonprofit High Point Villa.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Hub City BBQ is back in Lubbock, rolling out a fresh format aimed at supporting a local nonprofit.

Organized by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, this year's event shifted to a member-focused format.

The festivities kicked off with the "Ribs and Raiders" dinner at Cook's Garage, serving up great food for a great cause.
