Six water main breaks have happened on Loy Drive since 2021, and one woman who lives there says she is tired of a problem that keeps coming back.

Jovonne Gonzales said the breaks have become part of her daily routine.

"Every morning I go out and look for water main breaks, that's part of my normal routine," she said.
