FRANKLIN, Texas (KBTX) - A Falls County grand jury has returned an indictment against former Franklin Police Chief Terry Thibodeaux and former officer Jason McCord, according to the Robertson County District Attorney's Office.

KBTX learns Falls County grand jury indicted the two accused of tampering with government evidence.(KBTX)The indictment follows the pair's arrests last week on charges of tampering with a governmental record.

Thibodeaux faced three counts; McCord faced one.
