TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The third and final man has pleaded guilty to murder in connection with the 2017 shooting of a Tyler man.

Carlos Ochoa, 26, appeared in Judge Debby Gunter's courtroom Wednesday to plead guilty to the murder of Michael Sherman Ross II. Ochoa was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the murder.
