First responders survey the accident scene Monday morning after a white Chevrolet 500 van crossed the median and ended up upside down in the northbound lane of U.S. 181 about 2 miles south of Floresville shortly after 9 a.m. The van left a trail of boxes and vegetables in its wake.

The northbound lanes remain closed until investigation and cleanup are completed.
