Police arrested 18 people and seized firearms, cash and drugs in a multi-month narcotics sting, authorities said.

Operation Shakedown yielded 18 arrests on 23 state charges and three federal indictments, with additional charges possibly pending, Seguin Police Community Engagement Officer Stephanie Larrimore said.
