Bill Miller Bar-B-Q announced Thursday it is providing space to the Elf Louise Christmas Project in its downtown warehouse to serve as the workshop hub for the holiday season, giving the longtime San Antonio holiday organization a central home as volunteers prepare gifts for families across Bexar County.

The donated space will be used throughout the Christmas season as volunteers wrap more than 30,000 gifts and organize more than 400 Santa teams to deliver them.

Elf Louise leaders said the location will help volunteers work together more efficiently while continuing the organization's mission of bringing Christmas gifts to children who might otherwise go without.
