HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A railroad crossing closure is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 4 at the intersection of 10th Street and US Business Highway 83 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The crossing will be closed for safety upgrades.
