MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - DPS held a dedication ceremony Thursday for a granite monument honoring Trooper Kevin Ramirez Vasquez.

The ceremony took place this morning at the DPS office at S. Loop 250 W. The monument was dedicated to honor Ramirez Vasquez.
