HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- This month marks almost a decade since Hurricane Harvey made landfall.

But, after all this time, there are still changes coming to the state program tasked with helping people recover.

The Texas General Land Office, or GLO, is looking to reallocate money in its $5. 6 billion assistance program.
