LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A power outage on Monday, Aug. 3, left hundreds of utility customers without electricity in the Winfield and Plantation neighborhoods of north Laredo.

Danny Trevino, a spokesperson for AEP Texas, said about 800 customers were affected by the outage.
