ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - A former general manager of JAB Services is accused of selling a company control valve valued at about $38,000 without the owner's consent and was booked this week on a felony theft charge, according to jail records.

Jesus Enrique Sanchez Jr., also known as Rick Sanchez, was booked Oct. 6, 2026, on a charge of theft of property valued at $30,000 or more but less than $150,000.

Jail records show he was released Oct. 7 on a $15,000 bond.
