DENISON, Texas (KXII) - A nearly 75,000-square-foot building on Woodlawn Boulevard in Denison is being converted into space for up to 16 small businesses.

Urban West Ventures is developing the project.

The building previously housed Gibson's Discount Center and later served as a Trailblazer call center, which employed about 400 people for many years, according to Tony Kaai, president of the Denison Development Alliance."It was a big highlight in the community when Gibson's built there. And since that time, the next big move was Trailblazer. We had about 400 people there for many, many years," Kaai said.
