Geneva School of Boerne and Comfort High were both on the road last Friday and dropped their football contests.

Geneva School of Boerne Geneva had been hot entering Friday's district opener Friday at Brazos Christian and had been scoring 49 points a game, but the Eagles of Brazos Christian found a way to slow down the Eagles of Geneva Friday in Bryan.

Brazos Christian handed the Eagles their first loss of the season after they defeated Geneva, 49-23.
