(KGNS) - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is preparing for its annual commemoration ceremony of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

The Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge, also known as Bridge Two, will be temporarily closed from 6:45 a.m. until 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, for the ceremony.

Travelers are advised to cross before the closure or seek an alternative route for their morning commute."We do understand that there's going to be traffic for school traffic, people coming in for work. Please plan ahead. The Columbia Solidarity Bridge will be made available, so if you want to be making entry at 6 in the morning and between 6 and 8 a.m., you could go through the Columbia Solidarity Bridge route," said Jennifer Gutierrez with CBP.
