COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The City of College Station created a Legislative Engagement Committee to help keep the community educated.

The committee is tracking state-level partnerships, including bicycle safety efforts and funding for pedestrian crossings.

The committee is also watching how property values could affect property taxes during the upcoming election.
