The American Legion Post 196 participated and supported the Pathways for Success event that occurred on 3 Nov at the Brownwood Event Center.

Special thanks and appreciation goes out to Brownwood Chamber of Commerce that hosted the event and the invitation from Howard Payne to have Paul Wade, previous Post CDR of Post 196, speak at this event.

Paul spoke to over 200 students from the Brown County area about the overview of the American Legion and the numerous scholarships that can be obtained through diligent efforts of the applicant applying for them.
