DENISON, Texas (KXII) - Keshawn Kemp, a student at Denison High School, has been legally blind since he was 2 months old.

He plays euphonium in the Denison "Touch of Gold" marching band and marched in the school's homecoming parade Thursday night.

Keshawn's mother, Shlonda Ford, said her son has retinoblastoma, a cancer of the eyes.
