An ICE agent is in custody at a local hospital after police say he was shot after assaulting an elderly man and his daughter at a home in Fresno.

An ICE agent is in custody at a local hospital after police say he was shot after assaulting an elderly man and his daughter at a home in Fresno.

The incident happened before 3:30 am Friday in central Fresno.

Authorities say a woman found 32-year-old David Gonzalez sleeping on her front lawn.
