A man accused of violating his parole was arrested Thursday, and two missing juveniles were found in his vehicle, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Authorities responded to a wanted person call at approximately 11:15 a.m. outside Eddie's Taco House in the 400 block of West Cevallos.

Francisco Hernandez, 39, was taken into custody at the scene, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a statement to KSAT.
