LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock County Judge Curtis Parrish is asking the public to help fund a bell tower at the West Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

"I hope families feel very honored by what we are doing for their service member," Parrish said.

The cemetery has been open a couple of months.
