MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - Members of the Texas Anti-Gang Center - Permian Basin arrested Luis Greenhalgh on Wednesday after finding his connection to a hit-and-run earlier that day.

The release said Greenhalgh, who authorities described as a documented gang member, was involved in a hit-and-run in the area of South Rankin Highway.

He was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants for harassment and crash involving damage to a vehicle.
