TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The state has not made a decision on whether or not to pursue the death penalty against a Tyler man accused in the shooting deaths of two men at a nightclub in March 2025.

Andru "Dru" Davis is charged with capital murder.

He appeared in Judge Debby Gunter's court Thursday morning.
