HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare shared new details on Tuesday in his office's independent investigation into a crash involving an ICE-driven vehicle that was pursuing a man.

The crash happened on Oct. 10 around 7:30 a.m. near Highway 6 North and Clay Road.

Miguel Parra-Hernandez was hospitalized after he was run over by the ICE-driven SUV that was pursuing another man.
