BULVERDE, Texas - Texas Water Company customers are being asked to limit water use to "essential purposes only" and boil water prior to consumption as the company experiences a water main break along the U.S. Highway 281 North corridor.

As of 3 p.m. Friday, KSAT confirmed the water main break has not been repaired, and there is no timeline for when the issue will be resolved.

Customers impacted by the water main break include neighbors living in the following service areas: A boil water notice was also issued for those who live in the Lantana area within the Canyon Lake Shores.
