HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A deadly shooting during an alleged robbery in Harris County is bringing attention to the risks of in-person meetups and the safe exchange zones available across the Houston area.
Anthony Castro, 17, is charged with capital murder in connection with the Sept. 13 shooting death of Victor Thomas Gonzales, according to court records.
Prosecutors allege Castro intentionally shot Gonzales while committing or attempting to commit a robbery.
