MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A former Pasadena Police Department officer and Magnolia Independent School District employee has been charged with sexually assaulting a child, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office.

In May 2026, deputies received a report from Child Protective Services that 44-year-old Brandon David Muse of Magnolia, Texas, allegedly sexually abused a child, who was 14 years old at the time, according to the constable's office.

Deputies say that detectives learned that Muse was residing in Minden, Louisiana.
