PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The city of Pharr's Public Health Department is encouraging all expecting moms in Pharr to register for its community baby shower.

The event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Pharr ONE community building located at 1121 E. Nolana Loop.
