CONVERSE, Texas - A woman was arrested after a bicyclist was seriously injured Wednesday night in a hit-and-run crash in Converse, according to police.

In a news release, the Converse police department identified the woman as Jenifer Lynn, 56.

Officers responded around 11:15 p.m. to the 8600 block of Farm-to-Market 78, which is located near North Loop 1604 East.
