Police arrested a man in connection with a series of burglaries in a Stone Oak neighborhood, according to an arrest affidavit, that residents said has cost the victims millions of dollars.

John Luis Quintero, 38, was charged with criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000 - a state jail felony.

The affidavit said Quintero was seen throwing multiple rocks at the back patio windows of a home in the Champions Run subdivision on July 2.
