RAIN STARTS WINDING DOWN After several days of gloomy skies and scattered rain, South Central Texas is finally beginning the transition toward quieter weather as drier air begins filtering in.

That will help push the lingering moisture away and bring rain chances to an end by Monday.

Despite the clouds, temperatures will manage to climb a little higher Sunday, with most locations reaching the upper 70s to lower 80s.
