HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A Harris County man was arrested after investigators say he used online messaging to arrange a meeting with someone he believed was a child.

Maximiano Torres, 28, was charged with online solicitation of a minor following an undercover operation conducted by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

The charge is classified as a second-degree felony.
