The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help identifying the driver responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed a 33-year-old man on the North Side.

Officers responded to the crash just after 2 a.m. on Oct. 17 in the 2200 block of U.S. Highway 281. When they arrived, officers learned a motorcyclist, later identified as Juan Sabas Reyes, was traveling southbound when he was struck by a white pickup truck.

Authorities said the driver of the truck initially stopped after the crash, but then allegedly fled once emergency vehicles began to arrive.
