A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with murder after allegedly stabbing another man to death at a West Side apartment complex, according to an arrest warrant.

Bryan Wilson was booked into the Bexar County jail on Thursday on one count of murder, which is considered a first-degree felony, records show.

San Antonio police officers responded to a call for a stabbing just after midnight on Sept. 2 in the 1000 block of San Fernando Street, located near Guadalupe Street.
