BOSQUE COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - Firefighters have reached 100% containment on the Hydra Fire, according to the Bosque County Office of Emergency Management.

Officials stressed that full containment does not mean the work is finished or that danger has passed.

A completed containment line indicates crews do not expect the fire to spread beyond the established perimeter under current conditions, though hot spots and smoldering brush remain inside.
